Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

At Resinify, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when ordering our 3D printing resins and related products. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy

– You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
– Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and safety seals.
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
– No restocking fee will be applied.
– Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

⚠️ Note: Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items

– You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
– A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product is required.
– We will arrange for an exchange only for the same item.
– Resinify will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
– Refunds are not provided for damaged or defective items—only exchanges.

International Returns

– Our return policy applies to both U.S. and international customers.
– International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and customs fees.
– Resinify is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in the return process. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return or exchange process:
1. Contact us at support@resinifytechnology.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the product back in secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Exchange Policy

– Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items, as noted above.
– If you wish to exchange a product for a different Resinify item (not defective), it will be treated as a return + new purchase.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling

– All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
– Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

– We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on your location and order size.
– Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
– Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

– Resinify ships worldwide via FedEx & DHL (excluding Mexico at this time).
– International delivery times vary, typically 5–10 business days, depending on customs clearance.
– All international customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

⚠️ Note: Customs processing times are outside our control and may delay delivery.

Order Tracking

– Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
– Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

– Resinify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
– If your order is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
